International Sports Court grants Nova Law
Cologne - An old trial now went well for FC-Star Milivoje Novakovic to an end: The International Court of Sport (CAS) has been Novakovic law and rejected the appeal of LASK Linz.
Ösi the club had to switch Novakovics the Bulgarian first division side Litex Lovech in 2005, a transfer fee required.
The Slovenian national team was changed Novakovic 2004 after Linz, had a three-year contract. Before the 2005 season he left the training camp and joined the outstanding salary payments allegedly due Lovech.
FIFA had rejected the claim for Linzer transfer compensation in the amount of 1.3 million euros. Therefore, the club phoned the CAS.
Novakovic moved last year for 1.5 million euros from Bulgaria to Cologne. "I was always sure that my change to it ran cleanly," says Nova now - and thanked the FC for the "outstanding legal support."
